Step 2: Design & Planning (Weeks 3-10)
Once you decide to proceed, our design team develops detailed plans:
- Architectural drawings and 3D renders
- Vastu-compliant layout optimisation
- Engineering specifications
- Material selections and finishes
- Council submission and approvals
You're involved at every stage. We don't proceed until you're 100% happy with the design.
Step 3: Transparent Quoting (Weeks 10-12)
